Victorian House - Central Worthing
The exterior redecorations to the rear of this property included redorating all lower masonry with two coats of Sandtex Roman White Masonry Paint, redecorating all lower woodwork with Dulux Weathershield undercoat and a White Gloss finish. All lower downpipes and guttering were finished in Dulux Weathershield Black Gloss, and the Garage was redecorated using Dulux Weathershield undercoat with a White Gloss finish.
New Build Staircase - Town Centre
This new build staircase was completed with Dulux Satinwood. After sanding down, we applied a primer and undercoat, then sanded down for a second time, before adding a second undercoat, then finishing off with two coats of Dulux Satinwood. The same process was carried out on all skirting boards.
Victorian House - Broadwater, Worthing
This beautiful old victorian house was in need of exterior redecoration on all elevations after being neglected for many years.
All upper and lower bay windows and woodwork were stripped down and restored before being prepared with Dulux Weathershield Primer and undercoat and then finished using Dulux Weathershield White Gloss.
All masonry was finished with two coats of Sandtex Magnolia Smooth Masonry Paint and to add a final flourish, the front door was finished using Dulux Deep Red Gloss with all downpipes, guttering and window sills being finished in Dulux Weathershield Black Gloss.
New Build Staircase - Town Centre
The ceilings to this new build staircase were completed with Dulux White Light & Space Emulsion.
The walls were finished in Dulux Hessian Light & Space Vinyl Matt Emulsion.

The back of this old victorian house has been completed all windows and the french doors have all been stripped and repaired and the masonry has been coated with sand tex smooth masonry paint colour magnolia and the woodwork has been completed with Dulux weather shield primer and undercoated and finished off with a Dulux weather shield white gloss finish and the french doors also completed in Dulux weather shield primer and undercoat and gloss white finish and the gutter and down pipes and lead under the windows finished off with Dulux black weather shield

Sash window repaired and restored
This window has been repaired and restored the window has been taken out and re paired by one of our crafts men and put back in and primed and undercoated and glossed white finish paint used Dulux weather shield the window sill and down pipes redecorated with weather shield black gloss finish.
Worthing's well known poets corner Redecoration and restoration
This old Georgian house was in need of restoration and redecoration to the masonry, its present condition has had all the existing paint work stripped off, we can then start restoring the masonry and rebuilding the missing features, the front door has been removed and rebuilt to the original specification and refitted with new hardware and high security locks, the remaining wood work has been stripped down and ready for treatment and refinishing. We were then asked by the owners of the house next door if could also restore their property.

to both windows and masonry and top gable and the sills need to be repaired and the masonry
is to be stripped off so we can repair the features .

and the window sill on the masonry are being repaired and made straight
and the gutter and down pipes have been cleaned down glossed black with
Dulux weather shield.

This bottom front double bay window is being stripped down and repaired
the window frames are to have new putty's around the existing glass and wood frames have been stripped down and fill and sanded down
The masonry is being stripped off and the features repaired this a long process
the detail to the art deco features need a small amount of time spent them before
being repaired.

The front entrance is being stripped down the front door has been repaired
and primed and undercoated with Dulux weather shield dark gray the masonry
has been stripped down and sanded down and has had a stabiliser coat added to
the masonry before applying two coats of white masonry sand tex smooth to the masonry.

and the threshold in black sand tex smooth masonry paint.

This Georgian house in Worthings well known poets corner.
Was in need of Major Exterior redecoration and restoration to the exterior masonry
this included stripping all exterior paint from the masonry and sanding down upper and lower bay windows and the front door .And all art deco features to the masonry
were repaired .
and all of the wood features were repaired ie window frames and the front door
have all been sanded down and restored .

and undercoated and glossed white finish with Dulux weather shield .
The front door was completed in Dulux black weather shield gloss
and the fresh hold in black sand tex smooth tex masonry paint. All the gutters and
down pipes were cleaned down and painted with black Dulux weather shield gloss
and the property left clean and tidy as we found it.
These types of old period house give me great pleasure redecorating and restoring
back to their forma glory.
